Investing in the Future
Sports is close to Stratos’ heart and through sponsoring we are able to
make an investment in young athletes by aiding them to reach their
goals and make their dreams come true.
MPS Boys 2011/Competitive is a football team with players from different
backgrounds and socio-economic starting points. By sponsoring Stratos
lifts some of the financial burdens that are associated with practicing
football and allows the players to focus doing what they love: playing
football. It is Stratos’ objective that the players feel the pride of knowing
that someone believes in them to invest in their future by taking them
seriously, motivates them to train hard, that their confidence blooms and
their talent grows.
Tackling new challenges, persistence, goal-oriented football training,
equality, respect, good manners and compliance with the rules are
considered highly important in this team. Long-term work is being done
by the team management and coaches accordingly.
Participating in tournaments across Finland and abroad gives many players a rare opportunity to gain experiences of success both on and off the football pitch. Playing football and the sense of joy and pride of being part of a team have a supporting and promoting effect on the growth and development of young people as well as their health and well- being.
